This introductory meeting consists of getting to know the client's nutritional history and goals in order to gain insight of the client's nutrition needs. Initial advisory tips will be forecasted and personalized strategy will be developed. This session is ideal for the client that may need insight prior to obtaining a formal Nutrition Plan.
